Meet the team

Jon began his career in the pest management industry in the late 1980s. He started one of the first urban wildlife management companies, Mac & Quack's Urban Wildlife Control in Boston, MA. It was at this time that he realized that there was a real need for nuisance wildlife control in both residential homes and commercial establishments in urban settings.
 
In 1990, Jon honed is wildlife management skills while working at Orkin Pest Control in Boston as a service manager. At Orkin, he was responsible for a multi-million dollar pest control service department that included human resources, customer service, and managing ten pest control technicians and their routes.
 
After the birth of Jon and Linda's first daughter, they relocated to Vermont and established PestPro. When he's not taking care of his clients' pest management needs, Jon can be found fishing, hunting, playing pickleball, barbecuing, and spending time with his family.

Armed with a culinary degree, Linda spent the majority of her time as a professional and personal chef around the country. After meeting Jon in the restaurant industry and relocating to the Northeast; Jon and Linda chose Vermont to start a business and founded PestPro together.
 
Having built PestPro from the ground up, Linda now spends her time playing pickleball, traveling, and spending as much time with her three daughters as she can.

Kristin has lived in South Hero since 1992 with her family. She spent most of those years raising her 4 sons. When she's not talking bugs she enjoys spending time with her family, planting flowers, fostering kitties, hot pilates, and traveling the roads of Vermont with Christopher.
 
Customer service is a priority for her and she loves helping people and problem solving. Feel free to call the office and talk to her about your pest issues, she will be happy to answer your questions and concerns.

Ryan was born and raised on a Vermont dairy farm. He has worked in the pest control field since 2015. Before starting his career in pest control he worked in construction running heavy equipment. As part of the Pest Pro team Ryan has applied his previous building/construction knowledge to help out any way he can. When Ryan isn't working hard at Pest Pro you'll find him spending time with his two kids in the Champlain Islands. Ryan is an avid outdoorsman and looks most forward to the fall for football and hunting. 

Cynthia joined PestPro in the spring of 2016. Cynthia and her husband Mike moved to South Hero in 1998, after having spent many years living and working out west in Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming and Colorado. They both pursued Biology degrees and spent many amazing years working in Yellowstone National Park and for the US Forest Service in Central Oregon. Moving to Vermont and starting a family, led to career changes.
 
While raising 3 kids, she worked a variety of part time positions, many involving customer service. She’s happy to be working local, helping Kristin in the office. When not attending her active kids sporting events, she likes to be outside hiking, biking, skiing, kayaking, boating!

Matt grew up in Vermont. He enjoys everything outdoors: hunting, fishing and spending time with family & friends. He joined PestPro in 2022 and has learned a lot. Matt will continue to learn to give our customers the best knowledge and results they desire.

Born and raised in the Champlain islands, Ryley is an avid outdoorsman and takes any chance he can to get in the woods or on the lake. After graduating from Paul Smiths College with a degree in fisheries and wildlife, he joined Pest Pro. He's eager to help with any wildlife questions or concerns. Ryley is a dog lover and is happy to meet all of your 4 legged friends. 

As a Vermont native, Morgan became a valuable member of the Pest Pro team in January 2024. She is committed to creating a positive and efficient experience for all our customers. When she's not at work, Morgan cherishes quality time spent with her son and extended family. She looks forward to speaking to you and finding solutions to ensure a satisfactory experience for everyone!

Megan grew up in South Hero, so joining the team at PestPro was like returning home.  She brings a wealth of customer service experience and a "go get em" attitude.  When she's not working, she loves spending time with her cat Potato, border collie Trowa and partner AJ.  You can usually find them outside enjoying nature or curled up watching an action-packed movie.

I am from Texas; I moved to Vermont in 2020. I still am not used to the cold winters, and so far,
do not enjoy them. In my free time, I enjoy playing sports like football, baseball and golf. I also
enjoy fishing when the weather is nice. I started working at PestPro in 2025 and one of the best
parts of my job is being outside often and assisting customers with their needs. A great bonus
was being able to save money and buy myself a new truck.

I'm Tom Watts, a field service technician here at PestPro. Excited to join the team of licensed pest management technicians. Having a great work ethic and enjoy helping our clients. Born and raised in New England I enjoy the great outdoors, skiing, hiking, biking, etc. I'm passionate about music and enjoy travel. Looking forward to servicing Vermont and taking care of its pest management needs.

My name is Tyler, I am someone who values hard work, reliability and staying grounded in the outdoors. PestPro hits all those marks for me. Outside of work I spend much of my time hunting, fishing and boating. These activities have shaped my patience, focus and respect for nature and also reflect who I am. I enjoy a challenge, take pride in preparation, persistence and doing quality work, treat people with kindness and appreciate the feeling that comes from those things.
