Woodchucks, they really like what we spend a lot of time trying to grow. They mow down a bean patch or eat your flowers in no time. These large rodents are live trapped and relocated.
They thrive in urban settings and will live under porches and sheds. Once underneath they will dig a series of burrows. They bear their young in the spring. Next time you see one whistle to it loudly, it may stand up on its back feet for a closer look.
